Our purpose in launching these programs is to equip other individuals, groups, churches, or nonprofits with an avenue to support miscarriage & infant loss survivors in their local communities. When you become a Host Site or Sisterhood Circle Coordinator, you'll be able to maintain your focused efforts on the unique programming that you currently offer, while adding this meaningful and impactful experience for the women around you.
We’re excited to equip you with the necessities to host a Gathering in your area. We’ve done the legwork for you, which you’ll see reflected in the structure we’ve carefully created over the years. By streaming Session 1 and using the Leadership Guide, you’ll be empowered to host women in your chosen venue.
Become a Gathering Host Site
Bring the Gathering experience to your local community by hosting a hybrid Gathering for loss moms in your area. You'll receive training, personal guidance, and assistance from the Gathering Hope staff along the way. With our streaming session and digital Host Site Kit, you'll have all the tools you need to create a supportive and empowering environment right in your chosen venue. This option is designed for 11 or more guests, with the option to include as many attendees as you'd like.
Host a Sisterhood Circle
NEW PILOT PROGRAM! Become a Sisterhood Circle Coordinator, where you will host loss moms in your home or other intimate venue. You'll be equipped with streaming sessions and your Gathering will provide a space for connection, healing, and sisterhood. This option is designed for 10 or fewer women.

Once you’ve reviewed the FAQ below and submitted your application, our team will schedule a Zoom call as part of the application process to help you decide which is the best path for you. During this call, we will answer any questions you may have about hosting a Gathering. Once your application is approved, you'll purchase your Host Site Kit and start your journey to Gathering! You can always send an email to info@gatheringhope.net or call our office with any questions prior to your application submission.
We are not currently accepting applications for host sites in Texas. As an alternative, consider bringing a group to DFW! Email us for Group Tickets.

Q: How do I become a Host Site or Sisterhood Circle Coordinator?
A: You’ll begin by submitting the application to become a host site. Our team will schedule a quick 15 minute Zoom to answer any questions, we will review your application, and then upon approval, a Host/Home Site Agreement and payment request will be sent to you.
Q: Do I need to purchase a Host Site Kit or Sisterhood Circle every year?
A: Yes, the fee is assessed every year that you host, regardless of your host status in the past. Access expires after each Gathering.
Q: Is a Gathering a free event? Can we charge our guests to attend?
A: This is up to you. You will have a landing/registration page through the Gathering Hope website, but if you choose to charge, you will need to provide an avenue for payment.
Q: What is the difference between the Host Site and the Sisterhood Circle experience?
A: Host Sites will view Session 1, including uplifting worship (or you can use your own musicians) and our engaging guest speakers as a simulcast experience at their chosen venue. Host Sites will use their Kit and the training offered by the Gathering Hope staff to lead Session 2, fully in person at their venue. Guests who attend a Gathering at a Host Site will have an interactive experience with the same authenticity, welcoming atmosphere, and attention to detail as our Texas site.
For our guests who do not have a Host Site location within an accessible distance, or prefer to host a smaller Sisterhood Circle, you’ll have access to the live streaming of Session 1 and will be provided with a script to lead Session 2.
Q: What requirements are there to host a Gathering or Sisterhood Circle?
A: You will need to find a venue that can accommodate the size of the Gathering you have in mind. You’ll also need a strong internet connection and a screen for viewing the live stream.
Q: How will people find my Gathering?
A: Host and Sisterhood Circle Sites have the option to have your registration link public through our page, or you can keep the link private, only sharing it with specific people that you want to invite.

Q: How much does it cost to become a Host Site?
A: The $499 fee gives you access to the following:
One live virtual training for volunteers led by Gathering Hope staff
Livestream link for worship & speaker sessions of the Gathering
Access to the Gathering Team for help as you plan
Landing page and a registration link for your Host Site
Private Facebook group for Host Site leaders & volunteers
Gathering graphics & marketing material
Access to Pinterest mood board & decor ideas
Two Gathering t-shirts for Host Site Coordinators
Access to Gathering Swag Shop (Using Gathering Hope curated & branded items are optional. We've made them available to add on through our Swag Shop, making it easier to enhance your guest's experience.)
The Host Site Kit content and concepts are copyrighted, exclusive to Gathering Hope and not to be reproduced without consent.
Q: Is there a payment plan option for becoming a Host Site?
A: Yes! Your initial payment of $250 is due the day you register to become a host site and the second payment of $250 can be paid on or before September 1.
Q: What size of Gathering will this format work best for?
A: This Host Site format can accommodate as many as you’d like to host!
Q: How do I recruit volunteers to help me with planning for a Host Site?
A: Planning a Gathering is not something we recommend you try to do on your own and we recommend having a partner to walk with you through the process. We will provide you with a list of teams needed to host a Gathering as well as a training guide to help your volunteers catch the vision of Gathering Hope and make it as seamless as possible.
Q: Once I’m approved, will I automatically receive my Host Site kit?
A. Once your payment is received, your landing page with volunteer applications and registration for attendees will be made active and you can expect the complete kit to be shortly after.
