It's almost here! By being part of Fairways For Families, you're honoring bereaved dads and ensuring that no grieving mother has to walk alone. We're grateful that you've chosen to partner with Gathering Hope to create meaningful change for baby loss survivors. 

Below is everything you'll need to know for the tournament including schedules, on-course activities, and important info regarding alcohol policies, parking, etc. We are looking forward to a fun, amazing day together!

📌 The Details:

🚗 Limited Parking – Please Carpool If Possible
Parking at Oeste Golf Course is limited. Thank you for helping us make arrival smooth for everyone.

✅ Check-In When You Arrive
Upon arrival, please head to the registration table to check in. This is where you'll also receive your welcome bag, any pre-purchased raffle tickets and complimentary breakfast.

🍺 Beverage Guidelines
No outside alcohol or containers are permitted.  Each player receives 2 beer tickets. Any additional alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Oeste Golf Course beverage cart or clubhouse. Complimentary water and Gatorade will be available at all beverage stations throughout the course.

🏌️ No Driving Range
Oeste Golf Course does not have a driving range, but the chipping green will be open before the tournament begins where you can practice putting AND win great prizes with our new game, Clink to Drink!

Volunteers Needed

Volunteer at Fairways for Families and help make a meaningful difference for bereaved families in our community. We have a variety of volunteer shift options available, including morning, afternoon or full tournament day opportunities, so you can serve in a way that fits your schedule. All volunteers must be available on June 12, and we’d love to have you join us for this special event!

WHY FAIRWAYS FOR FAMILIES?

The 6th Annual Fairways for Families Golf Tournament is officially underway! While our mission is rooted in supporting families through deep loss, Fairways for Families is a joy-filled, high-energy day on the course. It’s a chance to gather, laugh, compete, and enjoy great golf, all while making a meaningful difference for bereaved families.

Gathering Hope supports survivors of miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss by breaking the barriers of loneliness and isolation, empowering them to find healing through community. With your partnership, we create opportunities for transformational connections and provide grieving moms with vital resources to support their healing journey. Anchoring Fairways For Families around Father’s Day is our way of honoring all bereaved dads and grandfathers who deserve recognition and support, too.

This year’s tournament will take place on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the beautiful Oeste Ranch Golf Course.
