Gathering 2027 Marketplace
Gathering 2027: Light In the Darkness
March 6, 2027
10:00AM-5:00PM
St. Paul Lutheran Church
Fort Worth, Texas
We want every part of the Gathering to help a loss mom feel known and cared for, including the resources she encounters while she’s here. That’s why our Gathering 2027 Marketplace is intentionally small and thoughtfully curated. We invite businesses, organizations, makers, ministries, and service providers whose work can genuinely support women navigating life after miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. This isn’t a traditional vendor fair. It’s another opportunity to care for the women who walk through our doors.
Is the Gathering Marketplace a Good Fit for You?
As this part of the Gathering takes shape, we’re seeking vendors who specifically serve the bereaved mom community or who are loss moms themselves. Vendors may be organizations, businesses with products to sell, or service providers offering resources and support. If your heart is to walk alongside loss moms, we would be honored to partner with you. Examples include:
Therapists specializing in grief or women’s health
Authors, publishers, or speakers sharing stories of hope and healing
Businesses offering thoughtful products or services relevant to loss moms
Artisans and makers offering jewelry, art, or handmade items with meaningful symbolism
Wellness and care providers, such as trauma-informed OB/GYN groups, massage therapists, chiropractic practitioners, or businesses offering self-care products/services
Nonprofits and community organizations serving loss families
Photographers or memory preservation services (keepsake albums, custom art)
Boutiques offering thoughtful, uplifting, or other enjoyable products our guests may love
Multi-level marketing businesses are not eligible to participate.
Not every Marketplace table needs to be centered specifically on grief or loss. We want the Marketplace to care for the whole woman, not only the bereaved mother. Sometimes that may look like a meaningful resource created specifically for loss moms. Other times, it might simply be a beautiful candle, a fun pair of earrings, a favorite sweatshirt, thoughtful stationery, self-care, or something else that brings a little joy to her day. If you are a loss mom with a business, resource, or creative work that could be a good fit for this community, we would especially love to learn more about you.
More Than a Marketplace
Gathering 2027 is a purposefully intimate, one-day conference centered on remembrance, connection, faith, and finding hope in community. Our Marketplace is intentionally designed to feel like a natural extension of that experience. This is not a traditional vendor fair or a high-volume sales environment. Instead, it’s an opportunity to make meaningful connections, share helpful resources, introduce women to products they may genuinely enjoy, and come alongside the women we're all here to serve.
Our guests may be weeks, months, years, or decades from their loss. Some may want to tell you about their babies. Others may not. We ask every Marketplace participant to approach conversations, products, displays, and imagery with sensitivity and respect for each woman’s individual experience.
Marketplace Participation Includes:
Marketplace Exhibitor Fee: $175
Approved Marketplace Exhibitors receive:
One six-foot exhibit table and tablecloth (please let our Coordinator know if you plan to bring your own)
Marketplace Representative credentials for up to two people
Lunch for up to two Marketplace Representatives
Access to the Marketplace during designated Marketplace hours
Invitation for Marketplace Representatives to attend the opening and closing main sessions, seated at the designated Marketplace Representative Table with advance RSVP
Marketplace Participation & Gathering Registration
Marketplace Representative credentials are separate from Gathering attendee registration. Marketplace participation does not include regular attendee table seating, attendee SWAG, attendee-only programming, placement of materials in attendee SWAG bags, or sponsorship recognition. If you are personally a loss mom and would also like to experience the Gathering as a registered attendee, a separate attendee registration is required.
What to Expect
Approved Marketplace Exhibitors will receive clear information from our Vendor & Hospitality Coordinator before the Gathering, including:
Arrival and setup time
Marketplace hours
Times the Marketplace will close for Gathering programming
Opening and closing session information
Lunch details
Teardown time
The Marketplace operates only during designated hours and closes during designated Gathering programming. Tables should be completely set before the Marketplace opens and remain in place until the designated teardown time. We'll make sure you know where to be and when so you can focus on what matters most: connecting well with the women we're all here to serve!
How the Application Process Works
1. Tell us about your work. Complete our short Marketplace application and tell us about your business, organization, ministry, products, services, or resources.
2. We'll thoughtfully review your application. Our team considers how your work or products could contribute to the Gathering experience, its fit with the Gathering Hope community, what you plan to share, available space, and the overall mix of resources and businesses we're creating for our guests.
3. Approved applicants will receive an invitation to participate. If your application is approved, we'll send your acceptance along with instructions for submitting the $175 Marketplace Exhibitor fee. Payment is not required when you apply.
4. We'll help you prepare. Our Vendor & Hospitality Coordinator will communicate everything you need to know about setup, Marketplace hours, lunch, session access, teardown, and Gathering-day logistics.
Because space is limited, we will not be able to approve every application. Our goal isn't simply to fill every table, it's to create a Marketplace that serves the women walking through our doors.
Think Your Work Could Be a Good Fit?
We'd love to learn more about you. Tell us about your business or organization, how it serves loss moms, and what you hope to bring to the Gathering 2027 Marketplace.
